You'll own a piece of the product, ship to real users, and see the impact in the metrics — not run errands or shadow.

Direct mentorship

Each co-op gets a senior mentor who reviews your work, walks through trade-offs, and writes a recommendation at the end.

Cross-functional exposure

You sit in product reviews, customer calls, and strategic discussions. You see how the company is run, not just one team.

Pathway to full-time

Strong co-ops come back as full-time hires. Many of our team started here.
