    Visit app.businesspercentage.com and click 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen. You'll get a reset link by email within a minute. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, then email support.

  • Can I change my plan or billing cycle?

    Yes — admins can switch between Startup, Growth, and Enterprise tiers from the workspace settings. For annual billing or custom invoicing, contact our team.

  • Is my data secure?

    Yes. We're ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access controls are workspace-scoped. Full security details available on request.

  • Do you support Arabic?

    The platform is fully bilingual — every screen, report, and AI feature works in Arabic and English. Switch languages from your profile settings.

  • What if I'm stuck on a strategic question, not a technical one?
